Duplicate URL Finder
Paste a URL list and this tool keeps the first occurrence of each line, so you can feed clean input into crawlers and indexers without processing the same URL twice.
Step by step
- Copy your URL list from a spreadsheet or crawl export — one URL per line.
- Paste the list into the Input URLs box. Surrounding whitespace is trimmed automatically.
- Click Remove Duplicates.
- Check the counters for URLs submitted, unique URLs and duplicates removed, then copy the clean list.
Tips for better results
- Matching is exact: http and https, or a URL with and without a trailing slash, count as different entries. Normalise first with Trim URL to Root if you want looser matching.
- The whole check runs inside your browser, so client URL lists never leave your machine.
- For very large files, split the input into smaller batches with the Split Text File tool.
Frequently asked questions
Is this duplicate URL finder really free?
Yes. It is a static browser tool with no account, no upload and no usage limit. You can run it as often as you like.
Does it find near-duplicate URLs?
No, it removes exact line matches only. URLs that differ by protocol, www prefix, trailing slash or query string are kept, so normalise your list first if you want those treated as one URL.
How many URLs can I paste at once?
Practical limits depend on your browser memory. For very large files, split the input into smaller batches and process them separately.
